Terms of Service

A platform where drivers compare fuel prices, find promotions and earn rewards, and where fuel station owners publish prices and run campaigns. We are not a fuel retailer and we do not sell fuel.

Prices shown come from station owners and from corrections submitted by other drivers. They can be out of date or wrong. Always confirm the price at the pump. We do not guarantee accuracy and are not responsible for a difference between a listed price and what you are charged.

You need an account to earn points, redeem rewards or save stations, and you are responsible for keeping your login secure.

Points are earned by scanning a participating station's QR code, limited to one scan per station per day. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may expire or be adjusted where they were awarded in error or obtained by abuse.

My Fuel Find+ costs R49 per month after a once-off 14-day free trial, and gives double scan points, member-only rewards and priority price alerts. It renews monthly until cancelled, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Claiming a station requires admin approval and proof that you are authorised to act for it. We may decline or revoke a claim.

The Free plan covers listing and price management. Premium costs R499 per month and adds promotions, advertising, analytics and AI tools.

Advertising is prepaid: you top up a wallet, a campaign reserves budget from it, and you are charged per click at your chosen rate. Clicks are limited to one billable click per driver per advert per day. Unspent budget is returned to your wallet if you delete a campaign. Wallet balances are not refundable for cash.

You are responsible for the accuracy of prices and promotions you publish, and they must be honoured as advertised.

Payments are processed by PayFast, subject to their terms. We do not store your card number. Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.

You keep ownership of reviews you write, and grant us a licence to display them on the platform. Do not post anything false, defamatory, unlawful or not your own. We may remove content that breaches this.

Do not attempt to manipulate points or advertising metrics, use automated means to access the service, interfere with its operation, or access accounts other than your own. We may suspend accounts that do.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. Where that materially affects a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be limited.
